Our efficient shipping process ensures that your products are dispatched promptly and arrive in perfect condition, so that you can stay refreshed with every sip.

2. Shipping Coverage & Availability

Currently, PRAVA offers shipping services within India, covering major cities and towns across the country. We are actively working to expand our reach to select international markets in the near future.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently deliver across all major Indian cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and others.

International Shipping

  • Our international shipping services are in development and will soon be available to United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Singapore, and Australia.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends/public holidays). Pre-orders or back-ordered items may take longer; timelines will be shared at checkout.
  • Pre-Order & Out-of-Stock Items: Processing times may vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day

4. Shipping Methods & Logistics Partners

  • We partner with leading logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post (domestic), and DHL, FedEx, Aramex (international).
  • All shipments are insured until delivery.

Within India

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro Areas: 4–7 business days

International Orders

  • US, UK, UAE, Singapore: 7–14 business days
  • Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or logistical delays. Delivery timelines begin once your order is dispatched.

6. Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1500 within India.
  • Flat Rate: ₹99 for orders below ₹1500.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or high-cost delivery zones.
  • International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Promotional Free Shipping

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Details and terms will be advertised on our website and are subject to change without notice.

How to Check Shipping Costs

To see the postage and packaging costs:

  • Add your items to the shopping cart with the correct quantities and address.
  • Proceed to checkout, and the system will calculate the total shipping charges before payment.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within India: Generally 1 week.
  • International Orders: Approximately 2–3 weeks after dispatch.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through the courier’s official website or through PRAVA’s dedicated order tracking portal. 

How to Track

  • Use your tracking number via the courier’s website or the PRAVA ‘Track Order’ page.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to appear.

8. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

PRAVA and our courier partners are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather (snow, floods, storms)
  • Acts of government or authorities
  • Pandemics or health crises
  • Riots, terrorism, civil unrest
  • Traffic disruptions or accidents
  • Strikes or industrial disputes

We’ll make every effort to notify you promptly of any significant delays.

9. Undelivered & Returned Packages

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failures

  • If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, PRAVA will attempt to contact you for clarification.
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us and held for 14 days.
  • If the courier cannot deliver after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  • Reshipping will incur additional shipping charges, which will be borne by the customer.

PRAVA Errors

  • If your order is undelivered due to an error on our part, we’ll reship at no cost or issue a full refund.

10. Changing or Canceling Orders

  • You may modify your order during checkout—adding, removing, or changing quantities.
  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement (subject to processing status).
  • Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for customized or limited-edition items.
  • If you believe an error was made, contact our Customer Service Team immediately via our Contact Us form.

11. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're unhappy with your purchase:

  • Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order via the Contact Us form .
  • We do not accept returns on consumable products unless they are defective or materially different from what was ordered.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If the product is defective, we will:
    • Refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method, or
    • Offer a replacement or store credit/voucher at our discretion.

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
  • Refunds are not issued if the fault results from misuse, mishandling, or misspelling.
  • Returned items must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • All international shipments are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
  • The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable.
  • PRAVA is not liable for any delays or costs incurred due to customs procedures.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs authorities before placing an order.
  • Delays caused by customs processing are outside PRAVA’s control.
  • Refusal to pay customs duties may result in your package being returned or destroyed by authorities.
